I’m Adam, aka Catchy. A qualified personal trainer and the founder of Catchy Coaching, with a background in education, learning and development, and health and wellbeing coaching. My approach to coaching is shaped not only by my professional experience, but also by my own journey — having previously been very overweight, I understand first-hand the challenges of making lasting lifestyle changes and what it really takes to achieve sustainable results.
Because of this, I focus on more than just workouts. I help clients build structure, develop consistent habits, and make realistic changes that fit into their lifestyle. By combining practical training methods with behaviour change strategies, I provide clear guidance, accountability, and support — whether working face-to-face or online — to help clients achieve long-term results rather than short-term fixes
